Booking Information

• No extra guests are allowed at this time. 
• Due to COVID 19, Masks are required during service. 
• All services are Non – Refundable. If you experience any dissatisfaction or complications (premature shedding) within the first 72 hours (3 days) please contact me for a complimentary touch up. Touch up’s must be done within the same week of the original service. After this time period you will have to book a mini fill.  
• Service time ranges between 2-3 hours depending on the service booked. 
• I provide two week fills (8-14 days), three week fills (15-21 days) and foreign fills (8-21 days). After 21 days of your last lash appointment a full set is required. Please book accordingly. 
• A fresh set is recommended after 4 fills. 40% of your lashes are required to be considered a fill. 
• If you would like a same day appointment, please add the same day fee ($20) to your booking. 

Client Expectations 

• Arrive with clean lashes, no strip lash glue or makeup.
• No eating or drinking during service. 
• Keep eyes closed once eye pads have been applied. 
• Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you think you are going to be more than 10 minutes late please contact me.
• Please provide 48 hour notice for cancellations 
• Follow provided After Care tips to maintain lash health and increase retention.
