Booking Policy

Before Your Eyelash Extension Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes (no make up, glue, or oil). Try to avoid using mascara 2 days before your appointment. 

Payments

Non-refundable deposits are due when booking any service. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your service.  Cash is the preferred method of payment. Cards with tap to pay feature are also accepted.

Deposit

Non-refundable $25 deposit required. Cancellations prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be allowed to reschedule one (1) time carrying the deposit over to the rescheduled appointment. The remaining balance of your appointment will be paid by cash or card. Same day cancellation will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment. 

Fill-ins for Lash Extensions

You MUST have 40% of you lash extensions.

2-3 weeks since your last appointment. Anything past 21 days will be considered a full set.

If you have no lashes on one eye, you will need a full set.

COVID-19/Sick Policy

A mask covering your nose and mouth is required at all times. If you are experiencing coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and/or fever please cancel your appointment.

Late

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. After 15 minutes, your appointment WILL be cancelled, No Exceptions. Your deposit will be used for your rescheduled appointment. If you are late three (3) times, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.
